Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account, as banks send G&W a physical check. This may also be delayed due to natural disasters or postal delays. Please consult with your bank for more information.
Payment By Automated Phone System
You may call toll free 888-409-2974 to pay your bill with a credit or debit card. You will need to have your water bill account # located on your bill stub, as well as your debit or credit card #, your card expiration date, and the security # located on the back of your card. We accept all major credit cards as well as debit cards with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express logo.
